Development of national music styles

The 18th century style of classical music was largely an international style. By the middle of the 19th century, national styles in music were appearing in Europe, from Russia, from Bohemia and from Scandinavia. Performers from those regions still have edge in performing their own native music. We will sample the masterpieces of these national schools.
