Solo violinist Jascha Heifetz turns fo chamber music

The famous violinist Jascha Heifetz and his friend the renowned cellist Gregor Piatigorsky started in the 1960s a series of chamber music concerts in the Los Angeles area, and after the concerts, they would record the music for RCA. In 2013, Sony Classical/RCA issued a 21-CD box of the these chamber music recordings involving readings of famous and rarely heard selections. We'll sample these issues.
