Sesame Street has a new bonus half-hour program this fall on-air and on digital platforms. At 2 pm weekdays, Sesame Street presents a 30-minute shortened version of an hour-long episode. Full-hour episodes still air at 9 am weekdays. The new 30-minute afternoon format offers the series’ signature music, humor and whole-child curriculum, giving families an additional way to enjoy the series on your stations. PBS is offering select full episodes of the 30-minute show for free online at pbskids.org/video, on the PBS KIDS Video App and on the PBS KIDS Roku channel, making it easy for parents and kids to access one of their favorite shows anytime and anywhere.

Each half-hour episode of Sesame Street includes a “Street Story,” a “Word on the Street” segment, a celebrity vocabulary segment, songs, spoofs, dance breaks and popular segments like “Cookie’s Crumby Pictures” or “Super Grover 2.0."
