This week on “The Evening Concert” it’s the Ravel “String Quartet” from Salzburg, then the World Premiere of Sollima’s (soul-lee-ma’s) “Concerto for Two Cellos” from Chicago; Wednesday it’s Sibelius’ 5th Symphony and Salonen's "Violin Concerto" with Leila Josefowicz as the soloist from Los Angeles, Thursday, “The New York Philharmonic This Week”, Friday, “Prairie Performances with Roger Cooper" and Sunday, “The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center”. That's "The Evening Concert" Monday through Friday, and Sunday evenings at 7:00 on WILL, FM-90.9.
