Tonight at 7:00 on the Evening Concert on WILL-FM 90.9 it’s “The New York Philharmonic This Week”.  Yefim Bronfman is the pianist in Beethoven’s “Emperor” Piano Concerto and the “Triple” Concerto with Glenn Dicterow and Carter Brey. Alan Gilbert conducts.

*That would be Archduke Rudolf of Austria (1788- 1831), the dedicatee of the "Emperor" Concerto...whose title was given by the publisher (Cramer).
