This past weekend, the City of Champaign once again found itself the unwilling host of what promoters have called “the biggest party in the Big 10.” Police report fewer problems connected with this year’s Unofficial St. Patrick’s Day than in past years…although nearly 200 people were ticketed or arrested…most for underage drinking.
