Barbara Minsker on Hope

Barbara has a child who attends Robeson Elementary School and another who attends Jefferson Middle School. Barbara participated in the Great Schools Together community meeting on facilities at Faith United Methodist Church on April 8, 2008. WILL interviewed her after the meeting.
