Juli Cartel on community involvement

Juli Cartel lives in Champaign. She is the director of youth and family services at the Mental Health Center and the parent of two children in Champaign schools. She attended the Great Schools Together community meeting at Washington School on May 1, 2008. WILL interviewed her afterwards.
