Licensed to the University of Illinois, WILL/Illinois Public Media follows the guidelines, policies and procedures of the Office of Diversity, Equity and Access at the University, for hiring, recruiting, and maintaining a nondiscriminatory work environment.

WILL/Illinois Public Media follows EEO rules and regulations in compliance with Section 73.2080©(6) of the FCC’s 2002 EEO Rule,  prepares the EEO Public File Report annually, and submits station information annually through the SABS/SAS reports as required by CPB .
