Live and Local with Kevin Kelly
Live and Local with Kevin Kelly, heard weekdays from noon to 1p on FM 90.9, will keep you informed about local music performances by performers both local and national. The program will include interviews with the artists, as well as educators, students, administrators and audience members. You'll hear features on the many performing groups throughout our listening area, a daily calendar of music events, and (of course!) lots of music.

William Moersch and Ricardo Flores together constitute the percussion division at the University of Illinois School of Music. On Saturday, Prof. Flores leads the U of I Steel Band in concert, and on Sunday Prof. Moersch leads the U of I Percussion Ensemble, both at the Krannert Center in Urbana. Bill and Ricardo will be my guests on Friday’s edition of “Live and Local.”
