The Austin-based jazz-and-western-swing trio Hot Club of Cowtown will be among the headliners at the 2nd Annual Champaign-Urbana Folk and Roots Festival this weekend. On the Monday edition of "Live and Local," I'll talk with their guitarist, Whit Smith, and sample their recent CD. And we'll hear local singer-songwriter Jeff Arrigo, live in our studio.
