UI Black Chorus Mom’s Day Concert; Parkland Theatre’s production of The Little Prince

Mom's Day Weekend at the University of Illinois is packed with opportunities to hear plays, concerts and more, including the annual Mom's Day Concert by the UI Black Chorus, which takes place on Saturday. Director Ollie Watts Davis will join me on the Tuesday edition of "Live and Local." And we'll hear a preview of Parkland Theatre's production of The Little Prince, which opens on Thursday. NOTE: Due to illness, Dr. Davis was not able to appear on today's show.
