The Millikin University guitar ensembles will play their fall concert Thursday night in Decatur. They have been led since 1987 by Prof. Manley Mallard, who will join me on the Wednesday edition of "Live and Local." And we'll hear some very young harpists live in our studio in advance of their performance at the Urbana Free Library Wednesday evening.
