I've been really intrigued by some of the pressure being pushed at producers like Kellogg's as well as the fast food chains in recent years by some groups in terms of their marketing unhealthy products (very successfully) to children. In a free market, it's hard to say no to this, but I'm more shocked by parents' seeming inability to overcome or outsmart the marketing to any extent.

Thanks for posting this audio - brought up and discussed some interesting points. Regarding the above comment: I don't think its a parents inability to outsmart marketing strategies; rather it's convenience and, in general, a poor nutrional knowledge of what they're really feeding their kids. Just my 2 cents.
