Bob McChesney is a research professor in the Institute of Communications Research and the Graduate School of Information and Library Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. "The media are central to all our lives," he says. "Yet the media are the most frequently misunderstood parts of our lives. We want to help people understand the role of media in society."

Mark Crispin Miller, Professor of media ecology at New York University

This week our guest is Mark Crispin Miller, Professor of media ecology at New York University (NYU). Miller is author of Loser Take All: Election Fraud and The Subversion of Democracy, Fooled Again: How the Right Stole the 2004 Election & Why They'll Steal the Next One Too (Unless We Stop Them), and The Bush Dyslexicon, among other titles.

I just found it 5 minutes ago, really excited to listen to it. McChesney's lectures are always so great, I wish he'd interview himself!
