Staking Positions on Social Security

Social Security was a recurring issue at a recent town hall meeting held by 15th district Congressman Tim Johnson of Urbana. People who oppose the concept of private, personal Social Security accounts got the Republican to voice his his opposition as well -- but only with a careful qualification.
