Rep. Davis: Jobs, Tax Code Priorities For New Congress

President Obama offered a preview in recent days of what to expect during tonight's State of the Union address. That includes proposals on free community college, tax breaks for the middle class and tax hikes on higher earners and other initiatives. Many of the president's ideas met with criticism from Republicans in congress.
Congressman Rodney Davis, Republican of Taylorville, says he'll be listening for more than just abstract ideas as the president lays out his vision Tuesday night. Davis says he wants specifics.
