Host Alison Davis goes to a Charleston convention of Lincoln impersonators, professional presenters who appear as Abraham Lincoln or Mary Todd Lincoln at schools, club meetings and other gatherings. “These people are very sincere about trying to help keep the memory of Lincoln alive,” said Davis. “Many of them had been told from an early age that they looked like Lincoln.”
