Members from the PWG will speak on Tuesday, November 10 from noon to 1pm at the University YMCA in a talk entitled "Preserving Our Cultural Heritage: The Preservation Working Group."
The PWG is an ad hoc group of university professionals committed to ensuring the long-term stability of artifacts and documents of enduring value on campus. The group is comprised of conservators, natural historians, museum specialists, and other collections care specialists, from a wide variety of colleges and units. We present workshops, advise on grant-writing, participate in Home Movie Day, and organize the Preservation Emporium, which is open to the public. Come learn more about our efforts to preserve our University’s cultural heritage.
