More Than 58 People Are Dead After A Mass Shooting On Las Vegas Strip

A gunman who fired upon thousands of people attending a music festival on the Las Vegas Strip has killed more than 58 people, police say. Some 515 others were wounded in the mass shooting and panic that ensued. At least one of the dead is an off-duty police officer who was attending the concert.

The last family was scheduled to move out of Champaign’s Bristol Place Friday, as the city and local housing authority prepare the north side neighborhood for redevelopment.
