C-U High School Students To Protest For More Gun Control

Students from eight high schools in the Champaign-Urbana area will stage a demonstration Saturday to call for stronger gun control measures. The protest is one of hundreds of similar events happening across the country, including Washington D.C., under the moniker “March For Our Lives.”

Trump National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster To Resign, Be Replaced By John Bolton

(Updated at 7:07 p.m. ET) National security adviser Lt. Gen. H.R. McMaster is leaving the Trump administration, the president announced on Twitter Thursday evening. "I am very thankful for the service of General H.R. McMaster who has done an outstanding job & will always remain my friend," the president wrote. Trump also said former Amb. John Boltonwill replace McMaster in a change that takes effect April 9.
