Ex-Governor Quinn Begins Collecting $137,000 Pension

The base of former Gov. Pat Quinn's salary is protected under the pension overhaul he signed into law, but like other state employees, future hikes will be reduced should the court uphold its constitutionality.

White Sox Legend Minoso Dead At 90

Five weeks after the passing of Ernie Banks (the first black player with the Cubs), Minnie Minoso, who broke Chicago's color line with the White Sox, died Sunday morning.  The team says he was 90.

Low-Carbon Bill Could Help Exelon Plants, Including Clinton
