Canada’s Parliament Locked Down After Gunfire

Police aren't confirming reports that a gunman has been shot and killed in the Canadian capital of Ottawa -- where there was gunfire at the country's National War Memorial and then inside the Parliament building.

American Freed After Months Of Detention In North Korea

The State Department says one of three Americans being held in North Korea, has been released.  Jeffrey Fowle, 56, was detained in June, allegedly for leaving a Bible in his hotel room.
