After a long journey from South America and months of uncertainty living in a city-run migrant shelter, Luz-Marina NiƱo (right), an asylum seeker from Venezuela, is finding the stability she once dreamed of. She has been living in a two-bedroom apartment in the integrated South Side Beverly neighborhood with her 10-year old son and other relatives. Now that she and other family members have steady jobs, they will be moving to a bigger home near Midway airport.
