This photo provided by the Library of Congress is a still from the Farm Security Administration (FSA) depicting black youngsters dressed for Easter on the South Side of Chicago, April 13, 1941. It was used in the 1995 Discovery Channel mini-series documentary "The Promised Land." The series detailed the migration of millions of African Americans from the deep south to the industrial north between 1942 and 1970.
