Robin Kelly

Robin Kelly has represented the 2nd congressional district since 2013. Kelly is vice chair of the House Energy and Commerce Committee and serves on the Health, Energy, and Consumer Protection and Commerce subcommittees.  Kelly is co-chair of the Congressional Gun Violence Prevention Taskforce and the author of The 2014 Kelly Report on Gun Violence in America. Kelly earned a BA and MA at Bradley University and a Ph.D. at Northern Illinois University.
