When everything from sporting events, to movies at the theater, to dinner parties with friends is suddenly cancelled, it's easy to feel down. This is particularly true for those who may already be prone to depression and anxiety. Today, we talked with two experts with advice on handling this new era of social distancing, for both adults and children.
