A fascinating and informative talk. I liked hearing about “Grandma’s Bread” and the part about measuring metabolic rates was interesting as was the answer to the question about roasting nuts. Listening has reminded me to eat more whole grain foods, it’s something that is easy to let slide. Whole grain foods often taste better than their refined counterparts too.
