Omnibus Bill Includes Section 199A Fix

Wednesday night Congress released a 2232 page Omnibus spending package to keep the government's doors open. It includes, beginning on page 2033, a fix to the so-called "Grain Glitch. The fix is retro-active to January 1, 2018. President Trump signed the bill into law Friday, March 23, 2018.
