A CSO Commission World Premiere on tonight’s Chicago Symphony Orchestra broadcast
Take two cellos plus orchestra, title it "Antidotum Tarantulae XXI" and wonder like I do what that sounds like! Tonight at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on WILL-FM 90.9 Yo-Yo Ma and Giovanni Sollima are featured in the World Premiere of Sollima’s “Concerto for Two Cellos” "Antidotum Tarantulae XXI" with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. Also on the program orchestral music of Schubert: music from “Rosamunde” and the 3rd and 4th Symphonies.
