Tonight at 7:00 on WILL-FM 90.9 you’ll hear another episode of “The Sound of 13” hosted by Garrett McQueen, a program that examines the intersection between the 13th Amendment and music. At 8:00 it’s “The Middle”: a weekly, non-partisan call-in talk show on politics.
