Tonight at 7:00 on WILL-FM 90.9 … it’s the second episode in a series that’s new-to-WILL: “The Sound of 13” hosted by Garrett McQueen”. It’s a program that examines the intersection of the 13th Amendment and classical music. At 8:00 it’s “The Middle”: a weekly, non-partisan call-in talk show on politics.
