Maestro Muti and Dvorak’s 5th Symphony from Chicago . . . then Esa-Pekka Salonen’s “Violin Concerto” from San Francisco and Giancarlo Guerrero and the Cleveland Orchestra in Beethoven’s 9th Symphony.
