Trusting the Computers We Work With
Modern life is balanced on the backs of computers, from the personal laptop to the most powerful supercomputer clusters at universities, corporations and government agencies. That means when one small part of a system goes down because of a technical problem or wrongdoing, we all feel the consequences. Bill Sanders (left, foreground) is the head of a new UI agency called the Information Trust Institute. He talked to AM 580's Tom Rogers.
