Jupiter String Quartet Previews Tuesday Night Krannert Performance

The Jupiter String Quartet performs Tuesday night at Krannert Center for the Performing Arts in Urbana.

The quartet-in-residence at the University of Illinois will perform Mendelssohn’s String Quartet No. 2 in A-Minor, Dvořák’s String Quartet No. 13 in G Major, and a newly commissioned work by composer Kati Agócs, "Imprimatur."

The Jupiter String Quartet came to the WILL studios last week to perform excerpts from this concert, and to discuss the program and their 16 years performing together.
