Tonight at 7, it's The New York Philharmonic This Week. Emanuel Ax is the piano soloist in Mozart’s 25th Piano Concerto in C. Music Director Alan Gilbert conducts. Also on the program Bruckner’s 3rd Symphony and Falla’s 2nd Suite from the “Three-Cornered Hat.”
Tonight at 7:00 on The Evening Concert it's the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra. Yo-Yo Ma is the cello soloist in Dvorak’s “Cello Concerto”. Music Director Manfred Honeck conducts. Also on the program, a Cello Concerto by Vivaldi, and Tchaikovsky’s “Nutcracker Suite”.

Guest conductor Michael Tilson Thomas conducts music of Beethoven and Brahms including Beethoven’s 3rd Piano Concerto with soloist Jeremy Denk. Also on the program Mathieu Dufour is the soloist in Mozart’s Flute Concerto No. 1.
Tonight at 7:00 on The Evening Concert it's the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra. Guest Conductor Nikolai Znaider leads the group in Wagner’s “Prelude and Liebestod” from “Tristan und Isolde”. Also on the program, Emanuel Ax plays Mozart’s 22nd Piano Concerto in E-flat, as well as a handful of encores.
