Wednesday night July 9 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on “W-I-L-L Classical” it’s a program from the National Centre for the Performing Arts, Beijing. You’ll hear Beethoven’s “6th Symphony, the Pastoral”. Also on the program Rodrigo’s “Concierto de Aranjuez” with soloist Rafael Aguirre.

Tuesday night July 8 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on “W-I-L-L Classical” it’s the “Chicago Symphony Orchestra”. You’ll hear Richard Strauss’ “Don Juan”. Esa-Pekka Salonen guest conducts. Also on the program Salonen’s “Sinfonia Concertante for Organ and Orchestra” featuring soloist Iveta Apkalna.

Monday night July 7 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on “W-I-L-L Classical” it’s “The New York Philharmonic This Week”. You’ll hear Copland’s “Clarinet Concerto” and Bernstein’s “Symphonic Dances From West Side Story”. Also on the program Barber’s “2nd Essay”. That’s “Bernstein Performances, Playlist Two”.

Sunday night July 6 at 6:00 on the “Evening Concert” on “W-I-L-L Classical” you’ll hear Osvaldo Golijov’s “Yiddishbbuk” for string quartet on the “Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center”. At 7:00 you’ll hear the music of José Pablo Moncayo on “Fiesta”.

Friday night July 4 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on “W-I-L-L Classical” it’s the first program in the new season of “Gateways Radio”. You'll hear several traditional works like “Honor, Honor”, “Deep River”, “Bayou Home” and “Balm in Gilead” and music of Paquito D’Rivera. Loki Karuna (formerly Garrett McQueen) hosts.

Tuesdya night July 1 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on “W-I-L-L Classical” it’s the “Chicago Symphony Orchestra”. You’ll hear Tchaikovsky’s “1st Symphony” “Winter Dreams”. Tugan Sokhiev guest conducts. Also on the program Chopin’s “1st Piano Concerto” featuring soloist Yuliana Avdeeva.

Monday night June 30 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on “W-I-L-L Classical” it’s “The New York Philharmonic This Week”. You’ll hear Schumann’s “Manfred Overture” and Bernstein’s “Chichester Psalms”. Also on the program William Russo’s “2nd Symphony”.
