USDA Announces Tariff Aid Package Details

Here’s a link to the tariff aid package USDA released today.

The rates are as expected at $1.65 for #soybeans and $0.01/bushel for #corn. What’s new is two payment rounds. So only half of production counts now. Round  2 may not happen.
