In this segment of Dialogue, Illinois Public Media's David Pierce sits down with Terence Blanchard to discuss "Fire Shut Up in My Bones," the opera composed by Blanchard. As the first Black composer to have a work performed at New York’s Metropolitan Opera, Blanchard brought the production to central Illinois.
