Eligibility: Participants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter: Complete an official Illinois Soul contest entry form during the promotional period.

Winner Selection & Notification: Winners will be selected at random. You do not have to be present to win. Winners will be notified by email and text message using the contact information provided on their entry form.

Prize: Winners will receive two (2) digital tickets to see Gladys Knight. Tickets are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged.

Ticket Delivery: All tickets are digital and will be texted directly to the winner after eligibility has been verified. Illinois Soul is not responsible for internet, wireless service, mobile carrier, device, or technical issues on the winner's end that may delay or prevent the receipt, download, or use of the digital tickets.

Claiming the Prize: Winners must respond to Illinois Soul within the timeframe provided in the winner notification. If a winner cannot be reached, fails to respond, is determined to be ineligible, or does not claim the prize within the specified timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner at Illinois Soul's sole discretion.
