Tuesday night April 29 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on W-I-L-L 90.9 FMHD1 it’s the “Chicago Symphony Orchestra Radio Broadcast”. You’ll hear Shostakovich’s “10th Symphony”. Zell Music Director Designate Klaus Mäkela conducts. Also on the program Shostakovich’s “1st Cello Concerto” with soloist Sol Gabetta.

Monday night December 9 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on WILL  90.9FM/HD1 it’s “The New York Philharmonic This Week”. From the archives you’ll hear Tchaikovsky’s “Selections from Swan Lake”, Lyadov’s “The Enchanted Lake”, and Shostakovich’s “10th Symphony”. Alan Gilbert conducts.

Wednesday night November 27 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on WILL 90.9FM/HD1. Evgeny Kissin is the soloist in Rachmaninoff’s “3rd Piano Concerto.  Krzysztof Urbanski lead the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra.  Also on the program Shostakovich’s “10th Symphony”.  

Tuesday night September 17 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on WILL, 90.9FM/HD1 it’s the “Chicago Symphony Orchestra Radio Broadcast”. You’ll hear two works by Shostakovich, the “10th Symphony” and the “1st Cello Concerto” featuring soloist Sol Gabetta.  Klaus Mäkelä guest conducts.
