Judge Orders PTSD As Part Of Illinois Medical Cannabis Program
A Cook County judge ruled Tuesday that Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder be added to the qualifying conditions for Illinois' medical marijuana pilot program within 30 days. The ruling stems from a complaint filed by Army Veteran Dan Jabs of Urbana. The judge said Illinois Department of Public Health Director Nirav Shah violated agency rules, and violated Jabs' procedural due rights process.
