Sunday night September 7 at 6:00 on the “Evening Concert” on “W-I-L-L Classical” you’ll hear Myasakovsky’s “13th String Quartet” on the “Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center”. At 7:00 you’ll hear a program about Mexican Composer Gabriela Ortiz on “Fiesta”.

Wednesday night May 14 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on W-I-L-L 90.9 FMHD1 it’s the San Francisco Symphony. Recorded in November of 2023, you’ll hear two newer works: Gabriela Ortiz’s “Kauyumari” and Gonzalo Grau’s “Odisea Concerto”.  Gustavo Dudamel guest conducts. Also on the program Brahms’ “2nd Symphony”.

Thursday night July 20 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on WILL-FM 90.9 it’s the third program from this year’s “Carnegie Hall Live” series. Gustavo Dudamel leads the Los Angeles Philharmonic in Aaron Copland’s “3rd Symphony”. Also on the program Arturo Marquez’s “Fandango for Violin and Orchestra” with soloist Anne Akiko-Meyers.
