Tonight at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on FM 90.9 it’s the “Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra”. Lang Lang is the soloist in Gershwin’s ‘”Rhapsody in Blue”. Also in the program Chabrier’s “Espana”, Shostakovich’s “First Suite for Variety Orchestra” and John Adams’ “The Chairman Dances”.

Having previously sustained an injury to his left hand, Lang Lang plays the right hand part of the "Rhapsody" while Maxim Lando plays the left hand part.....THAT should be interesting, eh?
