Wednesday night June 14 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on WILL-FM 90.9 it’s the San Francisco Symphony. You’ll hear choral works by Brahms: the Op. 89 “Gesang der Parzen” “Song of the Fates”, and the Op. 54 “Schicksalied” “Song of Destiny”.  Also on the program Tchaikovsky’s “Pathetique” Symphony.


Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra

Thursday night December 15 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on FM 90.9 it’s the “Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra”. Guest conductor Nathalie Stutzmann makes her Heinz Hall debut leading the orchestra in Dvorak’s “New World” Symphony. Also on the program Brahms’ “Violin Concerto” with soloist Daniel Lozakovich.
