Tuesday night July 15 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on “W-I-L-L Classical” it’s the “Chicago Symphony Orchestra Radio Broadcast”. You’ll hear Richard Strauss’ “1st Horn Concerto” and Rachmaninoff’s “1st Piano Concerto”. These are works that were written when they were only 18 years old (!)

Tonight at 7:00 on the Evening Concert” on FM 90.9 it’s the “Chicago Symphony Orchestra Radio Broadcast”.  Guest conductor Semyon Bychkov leads the group in Tchaikovsky’s “Manfred Symphony”.  Also on the program guest conductor Edward Gardner leads the group in Wagner’s “Overture to Rienzi” and Nielsen’s “4th Symphony”.  

Those will be the "Manfred Symphony" and the "4th Symphony, the Inextinguishable".
