State Police say five former U.S. Cellular Coliseum Management officials are accused of felony theft. The arrests Monday stem from a year-and-a half investigation conducted by State Police and the Illinois Department of Revenue. 

The “goods” were kept under lock and key… and under special lighting… in the back room….
