  • A suburban congressman is pushing for a government crackdown on toxic heavy metals in baby food.

  • Governor JB Pritzker has signed a sweeping bill aimed at expanding access to education for low-income and minority Illinoisans.

  • The National Weather Service says efforts continue to get their weather radio station for Champaign and Piatt Counties back on the air --- more than a year after it went silent.

  • Champaign County reported 14 new and 236 active cases of COVID-19 Monday. Both numbers are at their lowest point in several months.
