Today's Headlines:

Incumbents did not fare well in Champaign City Council races based on Tuesday night's unofficial election results.

Democrats appear to have won all contested seats in Urbana City Council races according to unofficial results.

The race for three Village of Savoy trustee seats will come down to any outstanding mail-in ballots. Savoy voters also appear to have approved a ballot measure giving the village co-called "Home Rule" powers.

There could be three new faces on the Danville City Council, with a fourth race likely coming down to a recount.

The Rantoul Village Board could have three new members, and four who are Black.
