  • A team of researchers at the University of Illinois is receiving a $1.85 million grant from the U.S. Department of Energy.
  • As of last Friday, there were just under 200 active COVID-19 cases in Champaign County – down from more than 1,500 three weeks earlier. Eleven of those cases were hospitalized, down from 18 during the same period.
